Having practiced law in Tasmania for over thirty eight years, Tony is highly experienced as both solicitor and counsel. Tony specialises in family law property and parenting matters and frequently appears on behalf of clients in the Family Court of Australia and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
Libby was admitted as a lawyer in Tasmania in 2014. Throughout her University years Libby worked in the hospitality industry and volunteered with the Environmental Defenders Office. Following her admission to practice in 2014, Libby was the associate to the Honourable Justice Porter in the Supreme Court of Tasmania. She joined FitzGerald and Browne in 2015.
Libby predominately practices in the areas of family law and criminal law. She appears routinely in the Family Court and the Magistrates Court.
Sarah graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2017 and completed her Practical Legal Training with the Australian National University. After graduating, Sarah went to work for the Queensland Government in the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy. She returned to Tasmania in late 2018 when she joined FitzGerald and Browne. Sarah was admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania in early 2019 and practices in the areas of family law, criminal law and conveyancing.
