We’re on your side.

When a relationship breaks down all parties have legal rights that need to be protected – adults and children alike. Often emotions are high and pressure-cooker situations can arise. Our approach is non-confrontational and collaborative where possible. We aim to help our clients to reach amicable agreements and settlements with minimum fuss or, if necessary, protective Court orders.

Protecting your rights and entitlements, decisions concerning children, child maintenance and spousal maintenance are areas you will need ethical legal advice you can trust.

Our family law team can assist with all aspects of family law matters including financial/property settlements, children’s matters, child support agreements and applications for family violence orders.

Our services are completely confidential and your safety and peace of mind are paramount.

If you are unsure of your rights or need to take action, contact us now.
